• C&H Realty was incorporated in March 1991 and has distinguished itself with its tradition of excellence in service. In March 1997,
• C&H Properties was incorporated as a separate entity from C&H Realty with the aim of it becoming a listed housing agency with HDB.
•  The launch of C&H Properties was a timely and logical move to enable its Associates to benefit from the use of ResaleNet. With increasing number of property transactions arising from a growing economy, there is therefore a need for estate agents to be competent and proficient in their work.
•  The Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV) and Institute of Estate Agents (IEA) have started an accreditation scheme known as the Singapore Accredited Estate Agencies (SAEA) Scheme. As part of the accreditation scheme,
•  C&H Properties is now an accredited agency known as “SAEA Agency”.
•  C&H Group has a network of more than 1,000 Associates and achieved a remarkable performance of over $17.1 Billion sales with a total of over 65,500 sales/rental transactions.

Joseph Lee has been in the property industry since June 1994. He started as a full time Associate Realtor after receiving an intensive in-house training from the Company. His many years in Sales and Marketing experience have helped him to provide Sincere, Honest and Quality service to many happy and satisfied customers.

Joseph Lee's Qualifications

• He has passed his CEHA Equivalent in 1995 (Common Examination for Housing Agents)
• He is a member of "Institute of Estate Agents "(IEA).
• He was awarded the title of "Certified Estate Agent"(CEA) by IEA. This title is accredited to Estate Agents who are of good character and standing and have conducted their duties professionally and ethically. CEA stands for Professionalism, Integrity, Honesty and Good Service.
• He has passed his NSRS- Individual Competency Certificate in 2003 (National Skills Recognition System) by Spring Singapore with the support of Ministry of Manpower (MOM) & Ministry of Trade & Industry (MTI).
